If you’re seeking more happiness and self discovery, then journaling may be just the thing to help you get there!  I have kept a journal on and off again throughout my life, and I have found that especially during times where I’m trying to make big decisions or navigate difficult situations I am consistently surprised to see that the answers almost always lie within me and they become clearer to me through journaling.

Even if you’re not trying to make a decision or find answers to a question or problem you’re facing, journaling will help put you on a self discovery journey where you can learn what parts of your life you’re happy with, what parts need improvement, and how you can make progress towards more happiness.
