Our blades are designed to LAST! In fact, you'll see that you can get more shaves out of our blades than many other razors you've used before! While this is a good thing, you also want to be mindful of harmful bacteria that can grow in blades if they aren't changed regularly (and that's true for all shaving razors). For hygienic reasons, we recommend that you change your blade every 7 shaves for optimal results.

Our handles are uniquely crafted and designed specifically for the cartridges we use in the club. Therefore the cartridges are not compatible with other handles or brands. A Rose Gold handle is included in every Starter Kit and if you’d like to purchase additional handles, you can do so in our shop.

Shipping & Returns

USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume in packages this holiday season as well as reduced employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19.  Because of this, packages are taking much longer than expected to reach their destination.  While your tracking number may not be updating, this, unfortunately, is not uncommon during this surge as many facilities are no longer scanning the packages at various distribution centers.  We have seen many instances of packages not being scanned as they move through the postal system, but they do eventually make their way through.  We know how frustrating this must be for you, but we appreciate your grace and patience as your package makes it through the system. 

We've created a bunch of printable gift message cards that you can print off to give to your gift recipient in the event that your package doesn't arrive in time.  You can access them all here.  Thank you so much for your order and for your grace and patience as shipping delays occur.

We ship via USPS within 3 business days of receiving your order! Therefore you can expect to receive your order generally 5-7 days after placing it. We’ll send you a shipping notice as soon as your shipment goes out which includes tracking so you can stay up to date on when it will arrive! Please note: club members in Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or Canada may experience longer shipping times.

If you are in the USA, shipping is FREE on our subscription plans $18 or greater. If you are in Canada, shipping is $15. All prices are in USD. Items purchased in our shop ship free within the US for orders over $49! All shop orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

Our members don’t have any contracts or commitments to subscribe to our service. Therefore, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason by simply logging into your customer portal and selecting cancel. Or, if you’d rather, you can email us at and we can do it for you.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened and/or used product. However, if for some reason you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know right away so that we can make it right for you! You can reach us at

Subscription & Orders

Your Starter Kit includes a Rose Gold handle (in the grip color of your choice), 4 replacement 6-blade razor refills, a safety cover and glitter storage tote!  

No! It’s actually really, really easy. Just log in to your customer portal and from there you can modify your next delivery date and/or change the frequency of upcoming deliveries!  You can also easily cancel your subscription from within your customer portal. Once you log into your account, click on the "manage subscriptions" link to view all of your subscription, billing and delivery details.  You can make changes by following the corresponding links.  We've created this quick tutorial video to show you how you can make important changes to your subscription and account.  

Log in to your account and click on "manage subscriptions." From there, navigate to the "Payment Methods" tab at the top. You can add a new payment method there. To apply the new payment method to your existing subscription(s), navigate to "Shipping Addresses" at the top. Find the subscription(s) you wish to change the payment method for and click edit. There you will be presented with an option to change the payment method. For a video tutorial on how to do this, watch here.

Your card is charged on or around the anniversary date of when you signed up, depending on the frequency that you select.  For example, if you select to receive deliveries every 2 months, if you placed your first order on December 2nd, your next billing date would be on or around February 2nd (within one or two business days). You can skip a shipment by selecting “edit” in your customer portal and selecting the date you'd like to delay your subscription to. Likewise, if you need  to renew your subscription sooner than what is scheduled, you can select a specific date to schedule your next renewal.  You are always in control! 

To save you money! By shipping less frequently, we pass that savings onto our club members. We send enough razor refills to last the average consumer the full two months. However if you feel you need a shipment less frequently, you are welcome to adjust your schedule to a frequency that best meets your needs.  This can easily be done within your customer portal, or you can email us at and we can help you!

Yes! It’s super easy, just log in to your customer portal and swap your subscription to the product of your choice!  When you're ready for more blades, simply switch back and we'll ship more blades!  

No way! There is no membership fee. You pay only for the packages you receive.

If you feel you need a replenishment package earlier than your next scheduled renewal, you can log in to your customer portal and edit your next renewal date to any date you'd like.  We always ship within 3 days of your order so you can get your products when you need them!
