We recommend that you change your blade every 4-6 shaves for optimal results. Harmful bacteria can grow in your blades if you don’t change them frequently enough and dull razors will give you itchy razor burn. We know you don’t want that!
We ship via USPS, therefore you can expect to receive your order generally 3-5 days after placing it. We’ll send you a shipping notice as soon as your shipment goes out which includes tracking so you can stay up to date on when it will arrive! Please note: club members in Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or Canada may experience longer shipping times.

Your card is charged every other month, within a day of the anniversary of your first order. For example, if you placed your first order on December 2nd, your next billing date would be on or around February 2nd (within one or two business days). You can skip a shipment by pausing your subscription in your dashboard.
To save you money! By shipping less frequently, we pass that savings onto our club members. We send enough razor refills to last the average consumer the full two months. However if you feel you need a shipment less frequently, you are welcome to pause your membership by logging into your account. If you feel you need more product you are welcome to purchase additional items in our store. Orders over $10 always ship free in the US!
Our handles are uniquely crafted and designed specifically for the cartridges we use in the club. Therefore the cartridges are not compatible with other handles or brands. Your handle is always included for free in your first welcome package. If you’d like to purchase additional handles, you can do so in our shop. Shipping is always free on orders over $10 in the US!
If you are in the USA, shipping is FREE! If you are in Canada, shipping is $12. All prices are in USD.
Our members don’t have any contracts or commitments to subscribe to our service. Therefore, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason by simply logging into your dashboard and selecting cancel. Or, if you’d rather, you can email us at Hello@AllGirlShaveClub.com and we can do it for you.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept refunds for opened and/or used product. However, customer satisfaction is our number one goal, so if you are not satisfied for any reason, please reach out to us at Hello@AllGirlShaveClub.com so that we can work out a solution for you.
Oh no! We hope that doesn’t ever happen! However, if for some reason you receive a damaged or broken product, please send a picture to us at Hello@AllGirlShaveClub.com within 10 days of receipt of the package and we will be sure to take care of it for you.
No way! There is no membership fee. You pay only for the packages you receive.
