How often should I change my blades?

We recommend that you change your blade every 4-6 shaves for optimal results. Harmful bacteria can grow in your blades if you don’t change them frequently enough and dull razors will give you itchy razor burn. We know you don’t want that!

How long will it take to receive my first order?

We ship via USPS within 3 business days of receiving your order! Therefore you can expect to receive your order generally 5-7 days after placing it. We’ll send you a shipping notice as soon as your shipment goes out which includes tracking so you can stay up to date on when it will arrive! Please note: club members in Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or Canada may experience longer shipping times.

Is it hard to skip a cycle or cancel my membership?

No! It’s actually really, really easy. Just log in to your dashboard and select skip or cancel. See, easy right?  You can also email us at if you want to skip for a certain length of time, or change your re-bill date!  We can accommodate pretty much anything, so give us a shout if you need help!

When will I be billed?

Your card is charged every other month, within a day of the anniversary of your first order. For example, if you placed your first order on December 2nd, your next billing date would be on or around February 2nd (within one or two business days). You can skip a shipment by selecting “skip”  in your customer dashboard.  Likewise, if you need us to renew your subscription sooner than what is scheduled, send us a note at and we can do that for you!

Why do you ship every other month instead of monthly?

To save you money! By shipping less frequently, we pass that savings onto our club members. We send enough razor refills to last the average consumer the full two months. However if you feel you need a shipment less frequently, you are welcome to skip a 2 month cycle at a time by logging into your account. If you feel you need more product you are welcome to purchase additional items in our store.  If you want your subscription to renew before the 2 month date, send us a note at and we can schedule an earlier renewal date for you!

Do your blades fit other handles/brands?

Our handles are uniquely crafted and designed specifically for the cartridges we use in the club. Therefore the cartridges are not compatible with other handles or brands. Your handle is always included for free in your first welcome package. If you’d like to purchase additional handles, you can do so in our shop. Shipping is always free on orders over $10 in the US!

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to the US and Canada. If you live in another region and are interested in subscribing to our service, please send us an email at

How much is shipping?

If you are in the USA, shipping is FREE on all subscription plans! If you are in Canada, shipping is $12. All prices are in USD.  Items purchased in our online shop have varying shipping fees ranging from $1-$5.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our members don’t have any contracts or commitments to subscribe to our service. Therefore, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason by simply logging into your dashboard and selecting cancel. Or, if you’d rather, you can email us at and we can do it for you.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept refunds for opened and/or used product. However, customer satisfaction is our number one goal, so if you are not satisfied for any reason, please reach out to us at so that we can work out a solution for you.

What if product arrives damaged?

Oh no! We hope that doesn’t ever happen! However, if for some reason you receive a damaged or broken product, please send a picture to us at within 10 days of receipt of the package and we will be sure to take care of it for you.

Can I change my subscription to a different package option or to a different blade style?

Yes! It’s super easy, just log in to your dashboard and make the selection prior to your re-bill date. Or, email us at and we can make the change for you.

Is there a fee to join?

No way! There is no membership fee. You pay only for the packages you receive.

How does your reward program work?

Thanks so much for sharing the club love! You can join our rewards program after you’ve made a purchase, or by clicking here.  Once you create an account within our rewards system, you’ll be given a unique share link. Use this unique link to share with friends or family who might enjoy the club too! You can see your confirmed referrals by logging into your reward dashboard here.  The referral program that we use has a verification period of approximately 20 days to confirm the purchase, then all rewards are paid out by PayPal on a monthly basis.  As long as the person who you referred doesn’t cancel their membership within that verification period, your $5 reward will be paid out to you on the following monthly payout! You can track all of that right in your rewards dashboard by clicking on the “track rewards” link at the top.  Also, be sure to have your PayPal address listed so you can get paid, or you can opt to have your rewards donated to charity!
